Trevor and Alison were looking for a traditionally made solid in-frame kitchen with an elegantly classic look that worked hard for them as a family for everyday use and still looked great for the occasional party or gathering.

With lots of clever little additions to ease and enhance the use of the kitchen, Trevor and Alison have a large and stylish island made up with extra storage and a large seating area that extends around three sides, a ‘magic corner’ in their pots and pans cabinet, and an uplift door fronting the cabinet that houses their microwave.

Ultra smooth granite from the Zen series by Silestone gives an added contemporary feel to this refined and understated space. And lighter shades from the Farrow & Ball paint range subtly enrich the character of the room.
